О, попался чел с такой же проблемой:
Recently I bought mass effect 2 on origin(don't ask why), so I waited for it to download then install(like 12 hours), only to get the god damn "awc.dll load failed" message, I've spent the last hour searching support forums for an answer that actually works, and I can't seem to find any customer support from bioware or orgin. In most answers was something like running EAAccessInstaller.exe or whatever, I don't have that nor can I figure out how/where to get it. there are no paths in my EA_Core_App.ini file, so I can't edit any paths. Like I said customer support is nonexistant so I need help.
